VICTORIA MEMORIAL.
DESIGNS ACCEPTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, July 11. Tho Quocn Victoria Memorial Committee has accepted the design of Mr T. Brock, the famous sculptor, for a national memorial to the late Queen, and tho proposals of Mr Aston Webb, the eminent architect, for the treatment of the space in front of Buckingham Palaco, where it is to bo erected.
