German Tariff.
DEMANDS OE AGRARIANS CONCEDED. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright London, July 11. Owing to a Socialist paper publishing the complete German tariff, the Government have published a complete draft bill which concedes the demands of the agrarians. It considerably increases the duties on agricultural products in commercial treaties. The minimum tariff for rye and oats has been fixed at five, wheat at livo and a-half, and barley at throe marks per hundred kilogrammes.
