Lord Salisbury announced in tho House of Lords that the probable title for His Majesty King Edward will bo “ King of the British Dominions beyond tho Seas.” The Times says that the title Lord Salisbury has indicated is not beyond criticism. Possibly it lias not boon included in the Bill because tho precise form is undetermined. Generally' speaking, however, it is approved of. Received July 28, 5.18 p.m. Tho Titles Bill allows tho King to select or claim within six months of the Bill being passed any title he sees fit in view of" recognising the dominions beyond the seas.
