(Special to Times.) Wellington, last night. The Premier’s departure for Auckland is still delayed. The New Zealand Times strongly supports tho Auckland Star’s suggestion for the appointment of the Premier to the Governorship of tho Crown Colony of Fiji, after the close of next session of Parliament.
