A PAINFUL CASE.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Timaru, last night. At the §up.romo Court the jury found MoCarthy not guilty of manslaughter in 1895. Judge Cooper, in summing up, commented on the painful feature of the case that the accused’s daughter was the principal witness for the Crown.
