Lady Ranfurly will not stay in Melbourne for tho Federal Parliament festivities, but will come on to New Zoaland as quickly as possible to prepare arrangements in connection with the Royal visit. There are to be tlirco honorary Commissioners in each of the four centres to assist in the arrangements in connection with tho Royal visit. So far, only the Wellington Commissioners have boon appointed—viz., Messrs James 11. B. Coates, Nicholas Reid, and John Plinnncr. VISITORS FLOCKING TO CITY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, April 29. Visitors are flocking to the city. The trains are laden with troops and military paraphernalia arriving at short intervals from the country and adjoining states.
