Admiral Cancvaro, Italian ex-Miuistor of Foreign Affairs, in the course of an interview at Toulon, assured tho Paris Figaro interviewer that it was futile of civilisation to require Europe to consider the necessity of uniting against America. The Now York Press ridicule tho statement, declaring that America' is able to starve Europe.
