The Federal Government lias received intimation that Germany will be represented at the opening of the Federal Parliament by the warships Ilausa and Cormoran, the former coining specially from the China station. Russia will be represented by the Gromsboi, ami America by either the New York or the Brooklyn. London, April 4.

The Admiralty is asking America to send the Brooklyn, the flagship on the China station, to Melbourne for the opening of the Federal Parliament.
