CONCILIATION BOARD.
(By Telegraph —-Press Association). Christchurch, last night. The Conciliation Board has recommended that the Dunedin award in the saddlers’ dispute apply to Canterbury. The masters here said they were willing to accopt tho Dunedin award, but the ;inen held out for better conditions. Two liiore holidays are added to the Dunedin list, but 48 hours’ work and a shilling an hour pay in all branches of tho trade, are adhered to. The men asked for extra pay for the collar makers.'
