MASONIC INSTITUTION
[By Telegraph—Press Association.] • Dunedin, last night. As a result of a lecture delivered by Dr. Close at a meeting of Masons, it was resolved to set on foot a movement to establish an institution to be termed the Victoria Masonic Institution of New Zealand, for the maintenance of education, ahd the equipment in life of the orphans and destitute children of Freemasons in New Zealand. A committee representing the English, Scottish, Irish, and' New Zealand Constitutions was set up, with power to add to the number.
