By the Government steamer Tutaneka 1 ’ which arrives this morning, the Bigh Hon. the Premier and Mrs and Mis Seddon will come to Gisborne ; also the Postmaster-General, Hon. J. G. “Ward. His Worship the Mayor and the County Chairman (Mr Macfarlane) go out by the Waihi at 6.30 this morning, to welcome the visitors. The party mil be conveyed to the Mayor’s residence, where they will have breakfast. This being the first trip of Mrs and Mrs Seddon to the district, it is the desire of many ladies to meet them and extend cordial greetings. Mrs Seddon will have her time fully taken up during her stay. The party will make their stay at the Masonic Hotel, and it is probable that an opportunity to meet the visitors will be given during the evening. The ladies will be welcomed to the district by the Mayoress (Mrs Townley), who returaafl to town last night,
