By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, Feb. 14. Lord Hopetoun has been informed that the Duke and Duchess of York and Cornwall arrive at Melbourne on May 6th. The Duko opens tho Federal Parliament, and thence tho Duko and Duchess proceed to Brisbane, calling at Sydney on their return. Afterwards they proceed to New Zealand.

Melbourne, Feb. 14

. The Agent-General cabled to the Pro* rnier that Mr Chamberlain authorised him to state that Melbourne would be tho York’s first port of call.
