The minimum wages pf men at unskilled works of other capacities was fixed at .62 os, and casual labor 8s 6d per day. The Board, makes the usual recommendations for the payment of overtime and holidays, and on the question of apprentices decides that each machinist bo allowed one bov, whose wages shall commence at 12s 6d per week, with such gradual increase as shall be agreed upon.
