A Suggestion.
To the Editqr of the Times,
Sir,—ls it not high time the postal authorities erected a railing with hooks attached thereto, outside the Gisborne post office, for the purpose of enabling travellers and others to hitch up their horses while transacting their business at the post office? This little improvement would, I feel sure, meet a widely felt want.—l am, etc., C. P. W. Longdill.
