PRINCE CHUN TO GO TO BERLIN TO MAKE AN APOLOGY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. London, Jan. 14. On behalf of the Emperor of China, Li Hung Chang has signed the document affirming acceptance of the joint note of the Powers. Count Waldersee, Commander of the Forces, has approved of a proposal made by the Chinese Government that Prince Chun, who has been a prominent figure in the trouble, should go to Berlin to apologise for the murder of Baron Ketteler, who was killed shortly after the rising took place.
