Russian Tinned Crab Returned To Britain

(10 a.m.) LIVERPOOL, Aug. 27. Nearly 90 tons of Russian crab which New York dockers refused to unload from the liner Parthia returned to Liverpool today in the same ship. The crab first arrived in Liverpool in 1947 in tins direct from Russia. It was put into storage and three weeks ago some of it was shipped to America for dollars. . The crab will go back into storage after being unloaded.
