STREET IMPROVEMENTS

Arising from an inspection by the town clerk. Mr. W. M. Jenkins, following a request from a resident, an additional street light was approved for Haldane Street by the Gisborne Borough Council last night. The councils grader is to be used In the street to give the residents a better footpath.
