NORTHLAND HOSPITAL CHAIRMAN RESIGNS

WHANGAREI July 24

Mr. J. A. S. Mackav today resigned th.e chairmanship arid his membership of tile Northland Hospital Board. Me explained that this action had been prompted bv indifferent health and because tie wanted rest. Prior to becoming chairman of the Northland board on its inception this year. Mr. Mackav was a member of the Whangarei board for 2D years, and for 15 years he officiated as chairman. He is a former member of the New Zealand Counties’ Association executive.
