(10 a.m.) SYDNEY. July 25. A meeting of the research council of the South Pacific Commission will be held in Sydney next month. Delegates from the six member nations, Britain, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, France, and the Netherlands, are expected to be represented. The research council, expert advisory body of the commission, was formed to promote co-operation in raising the economic and social living standards of native peoples in the South Pacific.
