Vic. Governor Refuses To Dissolve House
(11 a.m.) MELBOURNE. June 26. The Governor of Victoria, Sir Dallas Brooks, refused to grant the Premier, Mr. T. T. Hollway’s request for a dissolution of Parliament as Mr. Hollway requested last week. Following this refusal, the leader of the Country Party. Ml'. McDonald, expects a summons to the Governor and a request to form a Government.
