STATE HOUSE SECTIONS FOR PRIVATE SALE
(P.A.) NEW PLYMOUTH, June 24. Between 30 and 40 sections in areas at New Plymouth set aside for State housing development may be offered for private sale. Ten are being released for sale immediately and a further 20 to 30 may be made available in a proposed model suburb in Hautoki Valley. Tire sections in another block, most of which is still without water and sewage services, may also be offered.
