PRODUCE MARKET: WELLINGTON RATES
There was a good inquiry for all choice lines at the Wellington iroduce market on Thursday, according to the weekly report of Messrs. Townsend and Paul, Limited, fruit and produce merchants, Wellington. Passionfruit, tree tomatoes and mandarins were keenly sought after, and there was a good inquiry for wellcoloured grapefruit. Cauliflowers and spring cabbages were realising excellent values. Savoy cabbages, on the other hand, were cheap. Consignments of flowers were recommended.
