PETROL ALLOWANCE ON CHANGING LOCALITY
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, April 1. Motor-car owners on permanent transfer to other localities will not in future have to use .any of their own petrol coupons to move their cars. This was announced yesterday by the Min ister Jf Supply, Mr. C M. Bowden. In the past a persons on permanent transfer was required to use half of the month's coupons in moving his car to a new district, the balance of the necessary petrol being available under special license. Now a license will be issued to cover the full petrol requirement. The Minister said that it should be understood that this concession applied only to genuine cases of permanent transfer
