At the opening of the Hawke's Bay annual polo tournament on Friday, two P.B. club teams were competing. The A team had a good measure of success, The players from Gisborne are.— A team: R. Reynolds, T. Gaddum, P. Moore, W. Sherratt. B team: C. Seymour, M. Fraser, I. Fraser, J. Clark. Results of Friday’s games were: — P.B. A 13 v. H.B. 0: H.B. D 3 v. P.B. B 1; P.B. A 9 v. Rangitikei B 0; H.B. B 2 v. P.B. B 1; Rangitikei B 5 v. H.B. C 0.
