JUBILATION IN DUBLIN
(11 a.m.) LONDON, March 30. The anti-partitionists in the Irish Republic are jubilant over the tentative decision of the United States House to stop Marshal Aid to Britain while Ireland remained partitioned, says Reuter s correspondent in Dublin. The Prime Minister, Mr. J. Costello, said the decision was striking evidence of his Government’s success in ’’lifting the crime of partition to an international level.” The Minister of Defence, Mr. O Higgins, commented: “The decision shows that the question of Ireland’s mutilation is not just an insular matter.”
