BIDAULT CABINET AGREES ON BONUS FOR LOW PAY
(9 a.m.) PARIS. Nov. 3. M, Bidault’s new French Government, at its first Cabinet meeting, reached an agreement in principle on a bonus award for the lowest-paid workers. This was one of the questions involved in the recent political crisis. A bonus not exceeding £3 is planned for workers with incomes under £ls monthly.
