BRIDGE & MRS. MOORE WIN COMMON, SHELTON CUP

WAIKOHU BADMINTON

(Herald Correspondent.) The Waikohu Badminton Club closed its season this week, the final fixture being a tournament for the Common, Snelton Cup. This was keenly contested and two couples, H. Bridge and Mrs. P. Moore and R. Bellerby and Miss F. Hood, tied for first place, each having scored six wins and one loss. An extra match to decide the issue showed some good play, resulting in a win for Bridge and Mrs. Moore, 21 —7.
