RUMANIAN PILOT SEEKS REFUGE
ISTANBUL, Aug. 9. A Rumanian civilian pilot who landed his Junkers plane near Istanbul yesterday has applied to the Turkish authorities for asylum. He said he was seeking freedom from "insufferable Communist pressure” in Rumania.
