Tail-end of Killing.
The killing season at the Kaili freezing works is tailing-ofT. This week the management dispensed with the chain and a few solo butchers were retained to handle the reduced numbers of sheep coming forward. It. is understood that beef bookings will keep butchers busy for a week or two.
