LIMIT ON MOTOR, CYCLES' POWER POSSIBLE IN N.S.W.

SYDNEY, May 16.

The New South Wales Acting'Minister of Transport, Mr. Sheahan, says he will ask a committee of experts to consider whether limiting the power of motor-cycles would reduce the number of motor-cycling accidents and deaths. Transport and police authorities intend using documentary films to educate motor-cyclists. Other proposals include better training of cyclists, closer policing of the traffic laws, and a possible reduction of speed limits. Since January 1 25 people have been killed and 220 injured in New South Wales as a result of motor-cycle accidents.
