West Berlin Barge Traffic Resumed

(11 a.m.) BERLIN, May 16. The first barge into Berlin since the blockade was imposed 10 months ago arrived todav at Charlottenburg Canal, the check-point in the British sector of Berlin. It carried 100 tons of mixed cargo for Western Berlin. Its arrival reopened the last of the traffic lanes closed by the blockade.
