NATIONAL SAVINGS
Investments in national savings amounting to £5877 were received at the 11 chief post offices in the Gisborne district for the week ended May 14. The largest amounts in deposits were received at Gisborne, Opotiki, Te Karaka, Te Puia Springs and Waimana, their respective deposits being £5168, £4ll, £sl, £lO2 and £35.
