SHARE PRICES SAG IN LONDON
(10 a.m.) LONDON, April 7. Britain’s austerity Budget came as a disappointment to wishful thinkers and speculative buyers of industrial shares on the London Stock Exchange, says Reuter's financial correspondent. Brewery, store, cinema and radio shares suffered a heavy marking down today when the market opened. As the upheaval in the markets subsided prices became steady at lower levels.
