Frenchmen Cleared Of Spying Charges

(10 a.m.) PARIS, April 5. A military tribunal today decided there was no case against Paul Moret, a former Ministry of Industry official and Paul- Pellas, a French Atomic Energy Commission geologist, -who were arrested in last month’s drive against alleged Communist spies. Both men were given their provisional liberty on March 22 after the French War Ministry decided that the information in their possession did not include national defence secrets.
