(10 a.m.) PARIS, April 5. Mr. Victor Kravchenko, the Russian refugee author of “I Choose Freedom” is going to England to discuss plans for a motion picture of his life, says the Associated PressHe said the film would be taken from his book “I Chose Freedom.”

Mr. Kravchenko yesterday was awarded damages in his libel suit against the pro-Communist French newspaper I.es Lettres Franchises. Speeches in London, Glasgow, Manchester, and Liverpool are being planned for Mr. Kravchenko when he goes to England. He said he wanted to make a lecture tour “because there is too much apathy about communism."
