(10 a.m ) COLOMBO, April 5. The newspaper Ceylon Observer reported that quadruplets, all girls, were born to 23-year-old Mrs. A. W, Martin, wife of a labourer in Kandy. The weights of the children ranged from 21b 12oz. to 31b soz. The mother was reported to be in good health-
