SOVIET PROTESTS TO PACT SIGNATORIES

LONDON, April 4. The Moscow radio said tonight, that, in addition to protests to Italy, Norway and Denmark over their adherence to the pact, the Soviet Union had also sent a Note to Iceland.

An Ottawa message reports that Cunada today rejected the Russian protests against its signing of the Atlantic Pact, saying the treaty was not directed against any country which does not plan aggression.
