SANITARY INSPECTORS MEET.—At the annua] meeting of the Institute of New Zealand Health and Sanitary Inspectors, held in Palmerston North, the following officers were elected: — President, Mr. E. H. Day, Auckland; vice-president, Mr. J. W. Huggins, Christchurch; editor of journal, Mr. I .J. Day, Auckland; genera] council, Messrs. H. L. Potter, G. Oliver, and D. Mann, all of Auckland, Messrs. J. Ashforth and F. J. Rogerson. both of Wellington, Messrs. H. S. Williams and A. J. Canning. Canterbury-West-land. Messrs. D. G. Joll and F. Holder Hawke’s Bay-Taranaki. and Mr. G. E. Stokes. Otago-Southland.
