H. BRIDGE WINS TE KARAKA CHAMPIONSHIP

Championship events in the Te Karaka Tennis Club were completed last week, IT. Bridge winning the men’s singles and Mrs. M. Bruce annexing the women's singles. Some particularly good performances have been registered during the season by H. Bridge who has been successful in winning three of the principal competitions in the club —men's championship singles men’s handicap singles, and, partnered by Mrs. R. J. Fisher, the combined handicap doubles. Results: Men’s Championship Singles (For Bruce Cup)
