KING TO ATTEND VARIETY SHOW
(10 a.m.) LONDON, Mar. 28. A public engagement for the King was announced for the first time since his illness today when it was.stated he and the Queen would attend a Royal command variety performance. The King and Queen attended a similar performance on November 1 last year—just before the King’s engagements were cancelled.
