British Protest Over Vienna Incident
(10 a.m.) VIENNA. Mar.-28. Major-General T. Winterton, the British Deputy High Commissioner in Austria, officially protested to MajorGeneral Tzinjev, acting-Soviet High Commissioner, about the incident in which two British Army corporals were assaulted by sentries outside the headquarters of the Russian secret police in Vienna.
