Six Wickets Taken In One Over By Fifth-Grade Bowler

(S.R.) WELLINGTON, Mar. 28. In a fifth-grade cricket match in the Hutt Valley competition on Saturday a Petone bowler G. Smith did the “hat trick” and followed this up by taking another three wickets with the next three balls—a wicket for every ball in the over. To round the day off he made £8 runs. Another infrequently accomplished feat was that of H. Peters, a Johnsonville sixth grade player, who took all 10 wickets against Institute for 10 runs. In the second innings he look five for 19, giving him an aggregate of 15 wickets for 29 runs.
