N.Z. Milk Products To Be Discussed In London

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Mar. 7. On a flying visit to London to discuss the export of milk products (other than butter and cheese) to Britain, the chairman of the New Zealand Dairy Products Marketing Commission, Mr. W. Marshall, will leave the Dominion on March 15- He hopes to be back within three weeks. Mr. Marshall said his visit to London was for special discussions on milk products and did not affect existing contracts with the Ministry of Food.

So that interested dairy companies might kuow the result of the negotiations in time to plan their production programme for the new season, he hoped to be back early in April. Hr. Marshall said arrangements had not yet been made for annual discussions on the existing contracts, but they would probably take place in London in June. The delegation from the commission for these talks would consist of himself as chairman and two other members. One of the delegation would be Mr. H. E. Blyde, and as Mr. Blyde particularly wished to visit the Continent and to make himself acquainted with marketing procedure in the United Kingdom he was leaving for England this month in the Corinthic.
