Apples For London N A start has been made with the loading of 14,000 cases of Hawke’s Bay first export apples of the season into the Port Fremantle at Napier. Further export fruit is to be taken from Napier by the Royal Star, which is expected to arrive in port later this week. She will take aboard 44,000 cases of apples for London and 16,000 cases for Antwerp.
