SMALLPOX OUTBREAK AMONG ARABS

(11 a.m.) GENEVA, Feb. 28. The World Health Organisation announced that more than 200 cases of smallpox were reported among the Arab refugees in Southern Lebanon during the first six weeks of 1049. A serious epidemic may develop if drastic immediate counter-measures are not taken.
