FINE X-BRED FIRM AS LONDON WOOL SALES PROGRESS

The Bank of New Zealand’s produce department is in receipt of the following progress report from its London office regarding the current wool sales:—

“The market is good generally. New Zealand greasy fine hogget wools are in sellers’ favour, fine crossbred woo is firm, medium crossbred prices are par to 5 per cent, lower. Sliped wool is rm, and there is little change in scoured wools.”
