COLLISION SEQUEL
As a sequel to a collision at the corner of Gladstone and Roebuck roads. Francis Thomas Sprague, Auckland (Mr. J. G. Nolan) was charged in the Magistrate's Court in Gisborne yesterday with failing to give way to traffic coming from his right. He was fined £l, with costs 10s. by Mr. E. L. Walton. S.M.. after a plea of guilty had been entered. The Gisborne Borough Council’s traffic inspector, Mr. T. I G. Nowell, prosecuted.
