SLEPT THROUGH VYSHINSKY’S SPEECH
(11.30 a.m.) PARIS, Oct. 5. The Syrian delegate, Faris El Khouri, fell sound asleep during M. Vyshinsky’s speech in the Security Council today. l,> M. Vyshinsky, noticing him, said: “I wish him excellent health and a long life and I hope he hears me.” But M. Khouri slept on.
