All Roads Open
Although heavy rain was general throughout the district during the week-end, all roads leading out of Gisborne were open this morning, according to information received by the Gisborne branch of the Automobile Association (Auckland). After the long spell of dry weather roads were in good condition, although the surface of the Gisborne-Wairoa via Hangaroa road was stated to be slippery in the vicinity of the Hangaroa Bluffs,
