ARTIFICIAL DRUGS CONTROL
(11 a.m.) PARIS, Sept. 30. A draft International protocol to bring under international control new artificial drugs not discovered in the 1931 convention will come before the United Nations General Assembly next week.
This was the effect of a resolution taken unanimously in the Soaiai, Hum#nit*ri«to and Cultural Committee reeommenditMf the General Assembly to urge nil States to sign the protocol as soon as possible, both on behalf of themselves and on behalf of dependent territories.
